Hi there
Ive reached out when i received the coffee table but heard nothing back. My coffee table top has a crack on the side and the top. Can i get a replacement top?

Need tracking # to change delivery date with FedexFed
Have large item ordered. Received message that it will be delivered on Thanksgiving weekend and MAYBE 2 days later.
I am away for Thanksgiving, out of town. Tried to discuss with Fed Ex, they cannot do anything without a tracking number.
I can't seem to get one from Wayfair. Hopefully, will get straightened out before long weekend...
User's recommendation: Online with representative, they were as helpful as they could be.
Worst customer service
Senior on fixed income ordered item and only hours later they reduced it $60 and they would not do price adjustment. I offered to reject item when received and would order new one at new price and they said they would charge me for shipping.
Will never order from them again and I have advised 66 units in my bldg to use Amazon and NOT wayfair. Terrible worst customer service.
I would advise Kelly Clarkson not to be their spokesperson. Terrible to be connected with wayfair.

Illegal way of delivering, trespassing
I live in Vancouver where we have laneway houses which are located at the back of a main house. Today there was a delivery to the tenant living in my laneway house at the back of my property.
There is a side gate which is always locked.
The delivery team this morning came to the front of the main house to deliver a loveseat for the tenant who had specified that delivery is at the back of the main house.
When the delivery guys (3 of them) realized the side gate locked decided jumped the gate and bring the loveseat over the gate through my backyard.
This is illegal and called trespassing.
I called to complain, it took me 2 hours to get through and finally talked to a manager who did not seem to understand the illegal action these 3 men took to deliver the couch.
Frustrating, illegal, disrespectful extremely disappointing. No consequences either.
Bad service all around.

Check on order
My bank was charged for the order, however I receive notification from Wayfair that they have received the order. No order number sent to me.
During my transaction there seemed to be a technical difficulty when I hit order.
SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
I ordered a sectional with the expected delivery date July 7th. July 7th came and went and no sectional.
I waited a week and reached out to customer service because according to the website, it was still supposed to arrive one week in the past. They said they would escalate it and Id hear back in 3 days. I waited 7 heard nothing and reached back out. Same answer.
Waited another 7 reached back out. Same answer. I waited 3 days and reached out AGAIN. I had to demand an answer to where my package is.
They said its out of stock due to a website mistake and that at this point they cant refund my order but they could cancel it. WHAT??? I now have no idea where my 5000$ order is and am sitting in my new apartment on the floor. They were unhelpful rude and awful.
The worst part is they sent me an email after saying theyre sorry for my experience please give them another chance and check out their current sale with a link to their website store front.
What a JOKE. dont waste your time.

Bad couch experience
I ordered a couch back in July during the sales.
I had to checked often when it was being delivered because it kept changing.
I live in a basement suite, and they do not bring the furniture in, so I had to arrange and rearrange help many times. When I called to complain and get more details about when the couch would actually arrive, costumer service was less than helpful, I was hung up on, and was eventually told there is nothing they can do because its on the truck to be delivered that day.
After waiting 4 hours I called back to find they had sold me a product that was not in stock and was back ordered and evidence of it being in a truck.
They have taken no responsibility for their costumer service representatives, the fact the product was sold unlawfully, and offered to send me a new couch for the end of August. They refused to put a rush in and their idea of compensation was 10% off coupon which is at no loss to them because I wont be purchasing again from Wayfair.

I ordered furniture from Wayfair, and it was supposed to arrive in 5 days. They charged my credit card right away, but 12 days later, I still haven't received anything.
Customer service is useless and the rep just reads from a script. No help was offered at all.
I am not even confident that the item will meet my expectations. I will never order from Wayfair Canada again.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
The boxed item was left leaning against the garage wall on the driveway side. If I wasn't home, it would've been easy for it to have been stolen. The box of the item was significantly damaged, and one end was completely open with the parts in that section being damaged. The time waiting to receive the console was just wasted since now I need to search again.
Customer service is just the canned 'I apologize...' responses.
There's no sense of doing something to correct the situation except to return it. I will never buy from them again.

I paid for the 'professional assembly' service with my purchase. They outsource this to Angi, which doesn't really do business in Canada except with large American companies like Wayfair.
The so-called 'professional' contractor didn't show up to assemble it. Angi sent me an email offering me a 'complimentary' assembly. I had already paid for the assembly through Wayfair. Wayfair said that if they refunded the money, I could not accept the rescheduled assembly and if I were to accept the 'complimentary' assembly, I could not get a refund.
In other words, it would be complimentary to them, not to me. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard from any business.
I will never buy anything from them again. Angi created the problem, but they came out looking better than Wayfair.
Preferred solution: I would like them to contact Angi and have them do my complimentary assembly.
User's recommendation: Beware of Wayfair's assembly services. Find your own.
How to make returns
Wayfair représentative was polite. She sent the email for print and explained the return procedure and gave me a few options on how to return item. Once I went to my local FedEx bureau, I received a refund within 3 days.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I ordered a modular sectional sofa and only received half. Another sofa was also left in front of my door that didn't belong to me.
It had the address label of another unit in the same building. I notified the neighbor who removed his belongings from my door. However, I never received the other part of the sofa I bought.
I contacted Wayfair customer service but after three weeks I still didn't have a solution. I need an urgent return about this issue.

Inquire about scheduling a delivery
Need to schedule with fedex and can put delivery on a 10 day vacation hold. Going to wait until closer to move in date to place the order. My phone operator saved the price for 7 days for me.
