Problem not resolved.
I purchased a shower rail listed as "open box". Wayfair accepted the order, sent me an email confirmation of the sale and the delivery but AvoidAvoidsent a completely different item.
When I contacted them they said, in effect "too bad, nothing we can do except refund". I realize open box is not full retail but if they accept the order and pretend to have fulfilled it they should offer a sealed item as a replacement, not brush it off.
There is no indication on their site or on the item that they may accept a purchase then refuse to honour it. Terrible customer service.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was reimbursed for the missing chess set.
However they did not seem to concerned about scammers on the internet representing them. I was surprised.
I am seeking help in getting my money owed to me. I am not willing to offer any information about my computer in order to receive a refund. Recently, I watched a movie called The Beekeeper where exactly this type of thing was happening to vulnerable seniors and the company robbed them of all their life savings. Wayfair employees should not be allowed to ask this type of personal information. I consider this invasive. No business should be allowed to ask these types of questions as it has nothing to do with a request for a refund.
I am only looking for a refund for the item I did not receive.
Why is their CUSTOMER SERVICE so full of barriers to getting help?

I have been a Wayfair customer for several years and have made many purchases. However, due to the 25% tariffs recently imposed by the Trump government, I will no longer support American companies.
Please close my account effective immediately. I have enjoyed Wayfair products but I love my country more.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. WeHen I got to a real person he assured me all the parts were in the box.
My wonderful guy assembled the bed. It is excellent!
Speaking directly to a real person was effective. The virtual chat and person chat was not. Getting an incorrect message from Wayfair stating the delivery was incomplete started this whole mess and should never have happened.
The person I spoke to assured me that I have all the parts Im hopeful. The man I spoke to was very helpful and understanding.

I ordered a bunk bed but then decided to get a different one. Cancelled the 1st within 3 hours.
Called customer service and told "yes items been cancelled" then get notification that initial order cant be cancelled. Now two items coming. Was told I could return 1st item at no cost, made me pay 80.00 from refund for shipping. Now second item not delivered and cant get refund.
Scammers, liars and cheats!!!
Greedy company with no customer service or integrity!!! DO NOT USE WAYFAIR!!!

Received a white couch with black stains, missing legs, and the complete left side missing. Customer service has been so rude and had drivers on hold forever, waiting to make their report before they could leave.
They have no idea where the missing part is, or when the replacement will be delivered. I will never order from Wayfair again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Hi there, I have had this inflatable Christmas camper for just over a month and a half, and the seams on it are flimsy and it is deflating. I've only had it up on my lawn for a few weeks.
It hasn't been sewn properly. Wayfair.ca order #426556****. I am very disappointed as I spent good money on this. I realize it's been over the 30-day warranty period, but that's not much of a time frame to have a warranty period on a product like this.
You would think at least 6 months to a year would be more appropriate for a bigger ticket item such as this. I would appreciate a new one being shipped out to me.

I placed an order (US-202407****3330****), and I received a bunch of emails from your company but no parcel. I didn't know that I was going to get such a hassle and no TV; I would have just picked up a radio (lol).
Please help. If it's possible, try sending it from your Canadian outlet. Please don't tell me I'm not going to receive my TV.
It was an unbelievable price, and I hope your company will do whatever you must to fulfill my order. I'll thank you in advance for your timely response.

Too bad I couldn't start with zero stars - the system automatically starts with one! I purchased floor tiling for my shower, three boxes to be exact.
My contractor managed to use a little less than two boxes. I contacted, called and chatted trying to return a full box (almost $135). They wouldn't take it back. A full box that was unopened and untouched.
Wayfair doesn't care. They didn't even heed your need for help, and couldn't care less about the issue. I told them 'Please accept my return so I can purchase a shower caddy!' They didn't even care about it. Wow...
never again... I would never recommend Wayfair (or 'Way No Fair') to my worst enemy. This is the worst company to deal with.
Be careful out there. Stay away from this BS website.

So its supposed to give me updated information on shipping which it doesnt other than 6am. Your customer service never answers the phone so to get any information is impossible which is cra6.
